Between 1988 and 1993, Attorney Winkowski served with the Immigration Service's New York District Office, first as a Trial Attorney and then as Assistant District Counsel. In 1993, he established his practice in Massachusetts, specializing in the area of Immigration and Nationality law. Now with over 20 years of experience, he has extensive knowledge of all aspects of immigration law and, because of his government experience, he has a unique knowledge of and insight into the complex maze of government regulations and procedures.
