Attorney Chester J. Winkowski began his immigration law career as an attorney with the New York District Office of the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). He has a deep understanding of U.S. immigration laws and the internal workings of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service. After six years as a government lawyer, he turned to private immigration law practice. Today, Mr. Winkowski has nearly 30 years of experience exclusively in immigration law.
